Crock-Pot Barbecue

Ingredients
- 2 lb stewing beef roast or round roast
- 4 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 c tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp vinegar or less
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Boil in open pan for 15 minutes with 14 cup vinegar and water to cover Pour off all liquid Put in pressure and add water salt pepper with 12 apple and small onion in cavity Cook about 2 hours on 10 pounds pressure Take liquid and make dressing if you like it
