Crock-Pot Barbecue Beef

Ingredients
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1 c water
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 14 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on high until mixture boils
- Then turn to low and simmer for 6 to 8 hours Chop cooked meat and serve on sandwich rolls
