Crock-Pot Barbecue Turkey Legs

Ingredients

  • 4 uncooked turkey drumsticks or thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 14 c molasses
  • 14 c vinegar
  • 14 c catsup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 tsp hickory smoke salt
  • 1 Tbsp instant minced onion

Directions

  1. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper
  2. Place in slow cooking pot
  3. Combine remaining ingredients pour over turkey
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes
  5. If turkey legs are small serve 1 thigh or drumstick per person
  6. If large slice off cooked meat and serve with sauce
  7. Serves 4 to 6
