Crock-Pot Barbecue Turkey Legs
Ingredients
- 4 uncooked turkey drumsticks or thighs
- salt and pepper
- 14 c molasses
- 14 c vinegar
- 14 c catsup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp hickory smoke salt
- 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
Directions
- Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper
- Place in slow cooking pot
- Combine remaining ingredients pour over turkey
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes
- If turkey legs are small serve 1 thigh or drumstick per person
- If large slice off cooked meat and serve with sauce
- Serves 4 to 6
