Crock-Pot Brisket

Ingredients
- 12 bottle liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp each celery salt garlic salt or powder seasoned salt and onion salt or powder
Directions
- Sprinkle dry ingredients on brisket and then pour liquid smoke over brisket
- Wrap tightly in foil and place in crock-pot
- Cook on low 8 to 12 hours
- There will be a lot of juice when done save some to mix with the barbecue sauce
- This can also be cooked in a slow oven
- I cook mine in the oven overnight at about 225
