Crock-Pot Camp Stew
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 16 oz cans tomatoes
- 3 5 oz cans chicken or turkey
- 2 16 oz cans creamed corn
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 lemon unpeeled sliced very thin
- 1 14 oz bottle ketchup
- 14 tsp Tabasco sauce may be adjusted to taste
Directions
- Brown ground beef and drain well
- Add to other ingredients in crock-pot
- Stir well cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours high for 2 to 3 hours
- Serve with tossed salad and crusty French bread for a quick and easy meal
