Crock-Pot Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 6 half breasts washed and dried remove skin
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 c dry sherry or Sauterne
  • 1 tsp tarragon or rosemary leaves
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp flour

Directions

  1. Put chicken in pot
  2. Combine other ingredients in saucepan and heat until hot
  3. Pour over chicken
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours
