Crock-Pot Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes peeled and quartered
- 6 carrots sliced
- 2 onions quartered
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- black pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 lb chicken parts
- 1 pt canned whole tomatoes
Directions
- Place in crock-pot in the order given mixing seasonings with vegetables and putting chicken on top
- Chop the tomatoes and pour over all
- Sprinkle additional salt garlic powder and oregano on top
- Cook on low for at least 5 hours
- Good meal for a busy day Serves 6
