Crock-Pot Clam Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 cans Campbells potato soup
- 2 cans Campbells clam chowder
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 medium to large onion
- 1 pt half and half
Directions
- Saute onion and add rest of the ingredients
- Cook in crock-pot on slow for 3 to 4 hours stir occasionally
