Crock-Pot Dove

Ingredients
- 12 doves
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 34 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped celery
- 14 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10 oz can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 c flour
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 18 tsp garlic
- 18 tsp marjoram
- 18 tsp cumin
- 12 c water
- 18 tsp oregano
Directions
- Rub doves with salt and pepper
- Brown in skillet with oil Saute onion and celery with Worcestershire sauce for 3 minutes Place doves in crock-pot
- Pour sauce over
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cover and cook 10 hours on low heat
