Crock-Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
  • 9 lasagna noodles uncooked
  • 3 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 14 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz pepperoni
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Mix 2 cups Mozzarella reserve 1 cup for topping cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in a bowl set aside
  2. Add 12 to 34 cup spaghetti sauce to meat mixture in bottom of crock-pot
  3. Add a layer of noodles broken to fit without overlapping
  4. Continue layering 13 of sauce 13 pepperoni and 13 of the cheese mixture
  5. Repeat with noodles sauce pepperoni and cheese mixture until you use it all
  6. Pour water around edges of crock-pot
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours
