Crock-Pot Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 9 lasagna noodles uncooked
- 3 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz pepperoni
- 1 c water
Directions
- Mix 2 cups Mozzarella reserve 1 cup for topping cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in a bowl set aside
- Add 12 to 34 cup spaghetti sauce to meat mixture in bottom of crock-pot
- Add a layer of noodles broken to fit without overlapping
- Continue layering 13 of sauce 13 pepperoni and 13 of the cheese mixture
- Repeat with noodles sauce pepperoni and cheese mixture until you use it all
- Pour water around edges of crock-pot
- Top with cheese
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours
