Crock-Pot Mushroom Barley Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cubed
- 2 lb fresh mushrooms diced in processor
- 1 34 c barley
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Microwave meat first or else put in crock-pot and cook until half done
- Add barley and mushrooms fill pot to within 1 inch of top with stock or water
- Cook 3 to 4 hours until barley is done Season to taste
