Crock-Pot Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 lb steak ie London broil thinly sliced in strips
- 1 tsp butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic crushed or 14 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 3 onions thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c beef bouillon
- 3 green peppers sliced
Directions
- Brown steak in frypan with 1 teaspoon butter margarine or Pam garlic and ginger
- Put into crock-pot with all other ingredients except green peppers
- Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours or low 6 to 8 hours
- Add peppers and cook for 1 more hour
