Crock-Pot Ribs

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 lb spareribs
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 23 c catsup
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

  1. Broil ribs on both sides to remove excess fat
  2. Saute onion in butter
  3. Place ribs and onions in crock-pot
  4. Mix all other ingredients together and glaze ribs
  5. Cook at 200 for 8 hours
