Crock-Pot Ribs

Ingredients

  • 34 to 1 c vinegar
  • 12 c catsup
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 2 lb pork spareribs
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a slow cooker
  2. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces brown in a skillet in oil
  3. Place in slow cooker
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tender
