Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices ham or cubes
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 2 small onions sliced thin
- 1 c grated or sliced Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- paprika
Directions
- First peel and slice potatoes thick and put in kettle Bring to boil
- Remove immediately and drain
- Grease crock-pot and layer them in there cook until done
- Sprinkle paprika on top and always end up with soup on top
- You can also bake this in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 minutes uncovered and cook for 45 minutes at 375
