Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 slices ham or cubes
  • 8 to 10 medium potatoes
  • 2 small onions sliced thin
  • 1 c grated or sliced Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • paprika

Directions

  1. First peel and slice potatoes thick and put in kettle Bring to boil
  2. Remove immediately and drain
  3. Grease crock-pot and layer them in there cook until done
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top and always end up with soup on top
  5. You can also bake this in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 minutes uncovered and cook for 45 minutes at 375
