Crock-Pot Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck or beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 28 oz can tomatoes
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c water
  • 2 12 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c raw rice converted

Directions

  1. Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat
  2. Put all ingredients in crock-pot 3 12 or 4-quart model
  3. Stir thoroughly
  4. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours high 3 hours
