  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen size-wise vegetables for stew
  • 1 16 oz canned tomatoes chopped
  • 3 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 14 c water

  5. Mixture will thicken and be ready to eat
