Crock-Pot Stew
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb stew beef
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen size-wise vegetables for stew
- 1 16 oz canned tomatoes chopped
- 3 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 c water
Directions
- Toss
- all
- ingredients and place in crock-potCook on low-medium for
- 8 hours
- Mixture will thicken and be ready to eat
