Crock-Pot Sweet And Sour Beef And Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 lb stew beef cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 28 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 14 c sugar
- 12 c light molasses or corn syrup
- 12 c vinegar
- 2 c raw sliced carrots
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 large green pepper cut up
Directions
- Brown meat in hot oil in skillet
- Transfer to slow cooker Add all remaining ingredients mixing well
- Cook 6 to 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high
- Yields 4 to 6 servings
