Crockpot Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 12 cup white wine
- 1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- Salt pepper paprika to taste
- 1 small onion
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
- Combine soup sour cream wine and mushrooms
- Place chicken breast in crockpot
- Sprinkle with salt pepper and paprika
- Cut onion into 14 inch slices and break apart into rings
- Spread over chicken
- Pour soup mixture over all and spread evenly Sprinkle some more paprika over top
- Cook on low setting 6-8 hours
- Serve over rice
- Yield 4-6 servings
