Crown Jewel Patties

Ingredients

• 1 egg beaten
• 14 c mayonnaise
• 12 c chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 to 1 12 c mashed carrots
• 3 c bread crumbs
• 2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients
2. Add bread crumbs
3. Shape into patties and coat with corn flakes
4. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 until brown
