Crullers

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese softened
- 13 c Parkay margarine
- 1 c flour
- dash of salt
- sugar
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and margarine mixing until well greased Add flour and salt mix well
- Shape dough into ball chill 1 hour
- On lightly floured surface roll dough to 12 x 6-inch strips
- Fry in deep hot oil 375 for 1 to 2 minutes or golden brown
- Drain on paper towels
- Roll in sugar
- Makes 2 dozen
