Crumb-Topped Celery Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 med stalks of celery cut crosswise
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 12 c toasty seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375
  2. Position disc in bowl with slicing side up slice celery and water chestnuts
  3. When sliced vegetables reach fill level empty bowl into ungreased shallow 1 12 qt casserole dish
  4. Slice remaining vegetables
  5. Add soup to casserole stir to mix
  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs over celery mixture
  7. Bake for 45 minutes
  8. Makes 6 12 c servings
