Crumb Chicken
Ingredients
- 12 c skim milk
- 4 slices bread made into fresh bread crumbs use food processor
- 23 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp onion powder
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 chicken 3 to 4 lb cut up and skin removed
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Coat a 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray
- Put milk in a shallow dish
- Mix remaining ingredients except chicken in a medium size bowl
- Dip each piece of chicken in milk then in crumbs pressing so crumbs adhere to form a thick even coating
- Arrange meaty sides up in a single layer in prepared pan
- Bake 1 hour or until browned and juices run clear
- Makes 4 servings
