Crunch Creamy Hash Brown Bake
Ingredients
- 2 lbs shredded hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 16 oz container of sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 c chopped onion can substitute dried onion but lessen quantity to 18 cup
- 2 c cheddar cheese
- 2 c crushed chex or rice krispies
- milk
Directions
- In a large bowl combine half of margarine melted hash browns sour cream chicken soup onions and a chicken soup can full of milk
- Put in a 9x13 pan salt and pepper to taste
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese
- Pour other half of melted margarine over crushed cereal and mix sprinkle on top
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
