Crunch Cake

Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c shortening
- 5 eggs
- 3 c plain flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon extract
Directions
- Mix sugar and shortening until light and creamy
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Add milk and flour alternately
- Stir in flavorings
- Start baking in cold oven at 275 in tube pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes
