Crunch Top Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 4 large baking Irish potatoes
- 34 c crushed corn flakes
- 1 c sharp cheese shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Peel and cut potatoes into 12-inch crosswise slices
- Cook in boiling water until almost tender
- Melt butter in shallow 9 x 13-inch pan
- Add single layer of potatoes turning once in butter
- Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes Bake 12 hour or until done and tops are crisp
- Serve hot
