Crunch Top Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 4 large baking Irish potatoes
  • 34 c crushed corn flakes
  • 1 c sharp cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into 12-inch crosswise slices
  2. Cook in boiling water until almost tender
  3. Melt butter in shallow 9 x 13-inch pan
  4. Add single layer of potatoes turning once in butter
  5. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes Bake 12 hour or until done and tops are crisp
  6. Serve hot
