Crunchy Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise
• 2 c. ground cooked ham
• 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
• 1 tsp. minced onion
• 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
3. Cover; chill several hours.
4. Form into ball; roll in nuts to coat.
5. Serve with crackers.
