Crunchy Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 fryers cut may use breasts
- 2 c Ritz cracker crumbs
- 34 c Parmesan cheese
- 14 c chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 2 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 c margarine or butter melted
Directions
- Mix Ritz crumbs cheese and parsley
- Mix garlic salt pepper and margarine in a pot and melt
- Dip chicken in melted margarine and then in crumb mix and coat
