Crunchy Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 c chopped cooked chicken
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms stems and pieces drained
- 2 14 12 oz cans cut asparagus drained
- 1 8 12 oz can sliced water chestnuts drained
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 14 c chopped ripe olives
- 1 12 c buttered cracker crumbs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs mix gently Spoon into a 2-quart casserole top with cracker crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serves 8
