Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3 c diced cooked chicken
- 1 c finely chopped celery
- 2 tsp chopped onion
- 12 c sliced almonds
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 c cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 14 c water
- 3 hard-boiled eggs sliced
- 2 c crushed potato chips
- 34 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Put in greased casserole Sprinkle with crushed potato chips Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes
