Crunchy Onion Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 c sliced onions
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c crushed cornflakes
  • 2 Tbsp melted margarine

Directions

  1. Cook onions in salted water in saucepan until partially tender drain
  2. Place in casserole
  3. Top with soup cornflakes and margarine
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  5. Yield
  6. 8 servings
