Crunchy Pea Salad

Ingredients

• 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas thawed
• 1 c diced celery
• 1 c chopped cauliflower
• 14 c diced green onion
• 1 c chopped cashews
• 12 c sour cream
• 1 c Hidden Valley Ranch original salad dressing prepared
• crumbled bacon cooked crisp optional

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Chill
3. Garnish with bacon just before serving
