Crunchy Sundae Topping

Ingredients

• 14 c oleo
• 12 c brown sugar
• 12 c cornflakes
• 14 c peanuts
• 12 c flaked coconut

Directions

1. Melt
2. oleo
3. in
4. heavy
5. saucepan
6. Stir
7. in brown sugar Cook for 2 minutes
8. Remove from heat and add cornflakes nuts and coconut
9. Toss until well mixed
10. Pour out on cookie sheet and cool thoroughly
11. Crumble and serve over ice cream
