Crustless Egg Custard

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp self-rising flour
  • 6 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Cream eggs and sugar together
  2. Add remaining ingredients beat well
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 10-inch pan
  4. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done
  5. Serves 10
