Crustless Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 13 c butter
- 3 sq unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 34 c nuts chopped
- 4 eggs well beaten
Directions
- Melt butter and chocolate over low heat
- Beat other ingredients into eggs and then add chocolate mixture
- Blend thoroughly
- Pour into a greased pie plate 9-inch and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven 350
- Cool
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
- Serves 6 to 8
