Crusty Top Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c plain flour
- 1 c shortening
- 6 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon flavoring
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients
- Beat for 10 minutes
- Add vanilla and lemon
- flavoring
- Beat 2 minutes longer
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
