Cry Babies
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c dark molasses
- 1 c shortening
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soda dissolved in 1 c coffee
- 5 c flour
Directions
- Combine ingredients in order given adding flour last and very gradually Drop on greased cookie sheets bake at 350 for 10 minutes Very old recipe but very good
