Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 10 oz honey
- 12 c cilantro chopped
- 13 c ground cumin
- 12 c lime juice
- 2 Tbsp lime zest
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 lb canned black beans drained
- 1 14 lb white rice cooked
- 1 14 lb Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 prepared 9-inch pie shells
- 1 12 c sour cream
- 12 c salsa
- 12 c red onions chopped
Directions
- Combine eggs honey cilantro cumin lime juice lime zest cayenne pepper and salt reserve
- Combine beans rice and cheese spread in pie shells
- Top with reserved egg mixture
