Cucumber-Radish Salad

Ingredients
- 12 c plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 Tbsp corn oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 c thinly sliced radishes
- 14 c thinly sliced green onions
Directions
- In medium bowl combine yogurt corn oil parsley vinegar mustard and salt
- Add cucumbers radishes and green onions Toss to coat
- Makes 4 servings
