Cucumber And Chicken Salad

Ingredients

• 4 c cold diced chicken
• 1 12 c chopped celery
• 12 c sliced cucumber
• 14 c French dressing
• 3 hard-cooked eggs chopped
• 1 Tbsp diced pimento
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 c chopped parsley

Directions

1. Combine the chicken celery and cucumber and toss lightly Mix in the French dressing and chill thoroughly
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Serve on lettuce with a cooked dressing
