Cucumber And Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 14 tsp horseradish
• 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp hot sauce
• 2 tsp minced onion
• 12 medium cucumber peeled and chopped

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth Add next 4 ingredients and mix well Stir in onion and cucumber Spoon into covered container Chill until ready to use
2. Makes 2 cups
