Cucumber Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1-inch slice unpeeled cucumber finely chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- 6 to 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp onion finely chopped
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- garlic salt to taste
- few drops green coloring
- a little cress
Directions
- Sprinkle cucumber with salt
- Let stand for 5 minutes
- Mash cheese with wooden spoon in bowl to a smooth paste
- Work in cucumber onion Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
- Add garlic salt
- Dip a skewer into green food coloring and color mixture pale green
- Garnish with cress
