Cucumber Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1-inch slice unpeeled cucumber finely chopped
• 12 tsp salt
• 6 to 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 tsp onion finely chopped
• 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• garlic salt to taste
• few drops green coloring
• a little cress

Directions

1. Sprinkle cucumber with salt
2. Let stand for 5 minutes
3. Mash cheese with wooden spoon in bowl to a smooth paste
4. Work in cucumber onion Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
5. Add garlic salt
6. Dip a skewer into green food coloring and color mixture pale green
7. Garnish with cress
