Cucumber Delight
Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced into rings
- 1 c sour cream
- 14 c vinegar
- garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine cucumbers and onions in a bowl
- In a separate bowl mix sour cream vinegar and seasonings
- Pour over cucumbers and onions
- Mix lightly
- Let stand one hour before serving
- Serves 6
