Cucumber Delight Pickles

Ingredients

• 2 c vinegar
• 2 c water
• 1 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp salt
• cucumbers
• 1 small onion sliced into jar not whole onion
• 1 garlic clove

Directions

1. Combine vinegar water sugar and salt
2. Bring to a boil and set aside to cool
3. Wash peel and slice cucumbers rather thick Place onion and garlic in jars
4. Add cucumbers filling jar to top Fill jar with vinegar mixture seal
5. Refrigerate for 3 days before serving
6. Liquid makes about 3 quarts
