Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lime Jell-O
• 1 c boiling water
• 3 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 small minced onion
• 1 medium cucumber ground coarse

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water
2. Add vinegar and salt
3. Let start to gel and all 1 cup sour cream and onion and cucumber
4. Mix well and gel until solid
