Cucumber SaladVery Tasty

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon Jell-O 3 oz
• 1 c hot water
• 1 lb cottage cheese
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 small onion chopped fine
• 1 large cucumber cut fine

Directions

1. Mix Jell-O and hot water cool slightly
2. Add rest of ingredients mix well
3. Chill until set and serve
