Cucumbers And Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cucumbers
• 1 c sour cream
• 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
• 2 tsp grated onion
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Peel cucumbers slice thin and chill
2. Mix other ingredients together
3. Toss all lightly
4. May be served on greens
5. Makes 4 servings
