Cucumbers In Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 1 c sour cream
• 3 Tbsp minced chives or onion
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 4 or 5 drops hot sauce
• 31 medium cucumbers

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine sour cream minced chives lemon juice salt pepper and hot sauce
2. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers
3. Add and mix well
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
