Cumber KimshiVariation Of Traditional Korean Cabbage Kimshi

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- cayenne pepper
- toasted sesame seed
- 5 to 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 14 c vinegar
- sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Directions
- Slice cucumbers very thinly and wilt with salt
- Squeeze out water
- Add spices
- This keeps in the refrigerator for weeks
- It gets hotter the longer it sets
