Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • cayenne pepper
  • toasted sesame seed
  • 5 to 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 14 c vinegar
  • sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Directions

  1. Slice cucumbers very thinly and wilt with salt
