Cumin Avocado Rice

Ingredients
- 1 c regular long grain rice
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 34 tsp ground cumin
- salt to taste
- 1 ripe avocado
- 13 to 12 c picante sauce
- 2 green onions with tops
Directions
- Cook rice according to directions adding butter bouillon cubes and cumin but omitting salt
- Peel seed and coarsely chop avocado
- Stir in rice with picante sauce and green onions
- Serve cold with additional picante sauce
