Cumin Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cumin seed crushed
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 1 12 c milk
- 3 Tbsp picante sauce
- 14 c granulated sugar
- 4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 13 c vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl combine first 7 ingredients
- In a medium bowl whisk together remaining ingredients
- Add egg mixture to dry ingredients stir until batter is moist
- Pour batter into 3 greased 3 x 5 12-inch loaf pans
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool in pans 10 minutes
- Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely
- Store in airtight container
